PURPOSE OF STORING PERSONAL DATA

Nesfjellet Alpin AS offers its services to both private individuals and companies, via phone, e-mail and chat. The minimum personal information we need to be able to answer inquiries is your name and email address. In order to provide services to our customers, we create customer profiles, and it is for these that we collect personal data. Nesfjellet Alpin AS expects that every business customer has obtained consent from their employees to be registered in our systems.

WHO IS THE DATA CONTROLLER?

Nesfjellet Alpin AS, represented by the general manager, is the data controller for the personal data we process in connection with the use of our websites and services, or when you contact us in other ways.

THE LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING

We have a basis for processing personal data pursuant to Section 8 of the Personal Data Act and Article 7 of the EU Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC, both because the processing of personal data is necessary to carry out orders and respond to inquiries (Personal Data Act § 8 a) and Article 7 b of the Directive).

FORM, EMAIL AND PHONE

In order to provide our services, we need basic personal information. In some cases, it is sufficient to have your name and email address, in other cases we need more information to be able to assist, such as address and phone number.

WEB STATISTICS

We use common internet technologies, including Google Analytics, to collect information about our users, so that we can facilitate the best possible functionality and further develop the information offered on the website. This information is retrieved from the user's browser and anonymized. Examples of what the statistics can tell us are how many people visit different pages, how long the visit lasts, and which websites the users come from.


HOW DO WE SECURE THE INFORMATION?

Nesfjellet Alpin AS has established rules and procedures to protect personal information and privacy. If we disclose your personal data to a third party, we will ensure that there are arrangements and agreements in place to safeguard the data and prevent the third party from using it for purposes other than those agreed. DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA

Nesfjellet Alpin AS has established rules and procedures for the deletion of personal data in accordance with current regulations. Data is deleted no later than one year after the user is no longer considered to be active on our website or in our services. Personal data related to invoicing is stored in isolation and secured for 10 years in accordance with the Accounting Act.


WHO DO WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH?

Unless you have given specific consent to disclosure, your personal data will only be shared where it is necessary to fulfil our obligations.

We also share personal data with our subcontractors, as well as any public authorities if there is a statutory obligation to disclose.

Personal information sent via the contact form is stored in our web system. The web system and servers are mainly located in America (USA).


YOUR RIGHTS

If Nesfjellet Alpin AS processes personal information about you, you have the right to access your own information. If the personal information is incorrect, incomplete or cannot be processed legally, you can ask Nesfjellet Alpin AS to correct the information. We do not process or store information about you for longer than is necessary for the purpose or as required in accordance with agreements entered into and within the framework of the law. We delete personal data when a user notifies us that he or she no longer wishes to use the service. ENFORCEMENT OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY
