Scandinavia's coolest chairlift to Nesfjellet

Nesfjellet Ekspressen - A landmark in the mountains, with Italian design, warm comfort and powerful performance

Saturday 11 December 2021 marked a milestone in Nesfjellet's history. That's when Nesfjellet Alpin opened its first chairlift – a state-of-the-art 8-seater from Italian Leitner, which in record time has become a landmark in the mountains. With black lacquered premium EVO chairs designed by legendary Pininfarina, heated seats and windshield, comfort and style are combined with efficiency. The lift has a top speed of as much as 6 meters per second, and transports guests to the top both quickly and comfortably – regardless of the weather.

A technological and design boost
The elevator is equipped with wind stabilizers that keep it running even in demanding conditions. The seats are specially adapted for warmth and high comfort, and the facility is already prepared for bicycle transport – a future-oriented investment.
