Mountain yoga on the Gulf – a magical morning we repeat. On Wednesday at 07.30, we once again invite you to mountain yoga on the Golf, a sought-after event we are happy to take up again. In the middle of the beautiful surroundings of the mountains, surrounded by fresh air, birdsong and the nature that slowly comes to life, you get a unique start to the day.

Let your shoulders lower, take a deep breath and find peace as the sun rises over the mountain peaks and the light spreads over the landscape. The session is led by skilled and experienced Gunn Sissel, who safely guides you through dynamic yoga exercises with relaxation and soft transitions between poses. The yoga is suitable for everyone, both beginners and experienced, and the level is adapted to the participants.
After yoga, we offer something small, light and healthy that gives the body a fresh start.
Practical information:
– Bring warm clothes and a yoga mat (it is possible to rent a mat for NOK 25)
